Our Products
UK Pool Enclosures is an authorized agent, for the sale and distribution of Low Profile Pool Enclosures. The enclosures we market are sourced from within Europe for delivery direct from the Manufacturer’s facility to our customers, thereby offering the most cost effective solution. This direct route, allows us to offer the best value for money to our end customers. Please read our terms of business below, and if you have any questions relating to this please email sales@ukpoolenclosures.co.uk
Payment
Our payment terms require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. This is 50% of the total value of the enclosure (including delivery & installation, where required). We can accept payment by credit or debit card over the telephone, by BACS transfer, or by cheque. Please note we will have to wait for your cheque to clear before your order can be fully processed. The final 50% balance of the total, is due within three days of delivery for self assembly, or immediately following installation, if we are providing the installation service.
Deliveries & access
Timings of deliveries are always arranged at mutually agreed times, however due to the distance the Enclosure may be traveling, we are not able guarantee specific times during the day. We do require that there is someone to accept delivery of the pool enclosure. If you have arranged for the installation service, then our UK team will be there at the time of delivery to offload the enclosure and begin the installation. If you are not using the installation service, then you will need to allow 3 to 4 people to be on hand for off-loading. The enclosures are generally crated up for delivery as a single item. This crate will then need to be broken down on the delivery truck, by the customer or installation team, before it can be offloaded.
If you have specific restrictions in terms of access to your property, and pool, then you must let us know in advance. If the lorry is unable to make the delivery due to problems with access which have not been clearly communicated to us, then you will liable for re-delivery costs on a smaller vehicle. The pool enclosures are being delivered direct from the factory (in mainland Europe), via third party logistics companies, and as such can occasionally be liable to some delays. We will do everything we can to minimize any delays, and aim to keep you informed of these at all times.
Clearing of packaging materials
Clearing and disposal of all packaging materials associated with the pool enclosure is the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Your pool enclosure comes as standard with a full 2 year Manufacturers warranty, which covers for any faults in components or manufacturing workmanship. This warranty is for all normal and proper usage of the enclosure. If the product or component failure occurs due to misuse, then any repairs or replacement parts will be chargeable. However if problems do occur with your enclosure, then please do get in touch with us at sales@ukpoolenclosures.co.uk with details. Due to the modular design of these enclosures then most spare parts can be easily and quickly obtained. If you have opted for our installation service, then this is covered by a separate 30 day warranty, whereby any faults within the installation, or enclosure (excepting through misuse) will be fixed free of charge.
Product Operation
Please ensure you are familiar with the correct usage and operation of your pool enclosure. Although operation of the enclosure is very simple and straightforward, improper usage could damage your enclosure and invalidate your warranties. In all cases, we aim to provide a high level of service and communication, between ourselves and our customers, and will always to do everything we can to assist you in gaining the most out of your purchase.
Maintenance
The normal life of a pool enclosure should be approximately 10 years, if the enclosure is used correctly, and simple maintenance is carried out every couple of months. General maintenance is advised, which simply covers checking all fixings are secure. In order to keep your enclosure looking good, it is advised to hose the enclosure down, both inside and out approximately once a month, to prevent and build up of debris and any chemical residue.
