Ordering Information

As a valuable part of our customer service, we provide detailed plan drawings of our proposed enclosure installations, to ensure we minimise any unforseen circumstances. These plans also allow our customers to get a feel for the enclosure and how it will work on thier pool, before placing an order.

In order to create these plans we need the following information, together with a couple of digital photographs, if possible, to show your pool and surrounding area.

Information about your pool:
1. What are the dimensions of your pool? (water area, in cm)
2. Do you have coping stones around your pool?
3. How wide are these?
4. Are they raised above the level of your pool surround/decking?
5. If so, how high are they?
6. What is your pool surround made of (ie paving, concrete, decking etc)?
7. Is this is good condition and is it level?
8. How much clear area do you have around your pool (measuring from your pool edge)?

Timing
Usually all the models are available within 2 to 3 weeks of order confirmation. To place your order, or discussion any questions you may have, please call 0560 273 7908, or email us on info@splashsafety.com

Once we have finalised your requirements, we will issue an order confirmation to check we have all the correct details for you. If this is all approved we will then issue a pro forma invoice for the deposit payment (50% of the total cost).

Payment terms
Payment terms are 50% deposit with order, and the balance is payable within 3 days of delivery. We can accept payment by credit or debit card over the telephone, by BACS transfer or by cheque. Please note we will have to wait for your cheque to clear before your order can be fully processed.

Deliveries
The enclosures are crated up and usually delivered on a large lorry. If you have potential problems with access to your property or pool, please make us aware of it at time of ordering in order that we can identify a possible solution.

Approximately 1 week before the delivery is due, we will notify you of the actual delivery date. If you have any problems with the timings then please do let us know as early as possible. We aim to provide delivery timings to within a few hours, and it is important that you have people available and ready for off loading on the delivery date. If you cannot accept the delivery at the agreed time, you will be liable for the cost of redelivery.

Quality guarantees to the highest standards
All these swimming pool enclosures have been subjected to the French Health & Safety testing standards, AFNOR, considered to be the most rigorous in Europe.
